Revocation of your consent to data processing

We hereby object to the use of contact data published as part of our obligation to provide a legal notice for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails. 

Data collection on our website

Hosting

In order to provide a secure and fast online service, we use ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich( Hauptstraße 68 | D-02742 Friedersdorf  Phone:  +49 35872 353-10 Fax:  +49 35872 353-30 E-mail:  info@all-inkl.com ) as an external provider. This provider acts as a processor for us, with whom we have concluded a data processing agreement. This corresponds to our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in not having to maintain a server on our premises ourselves. The server location is in Germany. As soon as you access our website, the information listed under section 3 “Access data” is stored in server log files on the  ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich web server until it is automatically deleted.

Registration

If you would like to register for the European Patient Congress Depression, we need an e-mail address from you as well as your name and information that you agree to receive emails with information about the event.  
 
No further data is collected, or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties 
 
The data entered in the registration form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the emails at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the emails. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the cancellation.  
 
The data you provide us with for the purpose of registering for the event will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the mailing list and deleted after you unsubscribe from the mailing list. We store this information to inform you about future congresses, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the GDPR. 

Data transmission upon conclusion of a contract for technology provider for online conference

We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary in the context of contract processing, for example to the companies entrusted with the providing technical service for the online conference realization. Any further transmission of data will not take place or will only take place if you have expressly consented to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes. To analyse our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR. GDPR the service “Matomo“, which is offered by InnoCraft Ltd (150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, NZBN 6106769). The service uses “cookies”. MailChimp

We use Mailchimp from The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA (Mailchimp) to send our event mailings. This allows us to contact subscribers directly. In addition, we analyze your usage behavior in order to optimize our offer. 

For this purpose, we share the following personal data with Mailchimp:

Mailchimp is a recipient of your personal data and acts as a processor for us as far as the dispatch of our event mailings is concerned. The processing of the data provided under this section is neither legally nor contractually required. Without your consent and the transmission of your personal data, we cannot send out e-mails to you. 

In addition, Mailchimp collects the following personal data using cookies and other tracking methods:  

Information about your terminal device (IP address, device information, operating system, browser ID, information about the application you use to read your emails and other information about hardware and internet connection). In addition, usage data is collected such as date and time, when you opened the email / campaign and browser activity (e.g. which emails / web pages were opened). Mailchimp needs this data to ensure the security and reliability of the systems, compliance with the terms of use and the prevention of abuse. This corresponds to the legitimate interest of Mailchimp (according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) and serves the execution of the contract (according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Furthermore, Mailchimp evaluates performance data, such as the delivery statistics of emails and other communication data. This information is used to create usage and performance statistics of the services. 

Mailchimp additionally collects information about you from other sources. In an unspecified period and scope, personal data is collected via social media and other third-party data providers. We have no control over this process. Some of this data is collected by the Mailchimp service embedded in our website via the domains

The legal basis for these processing operations is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. By declaring the revocation, the lawfulness of the processing carried out so far is not affected. 

Your data will be processed as long as a corresponding consent is available. Apart from this, they will be deleted after the termination of the contract between us and Mailchimp, unless legal requirements make further storage necessary. 

Mailchimp has implemented compliance measures for international data transfers. These apply to all global activities where Stripe processes personal data of individuals in the EU. CookieFirst

Our website uses CookieFirst to obtain your consent to the storage of certain cookies on your end device or to the use of certain technologies and to document these in compliance with data protection regulations. YouTube (Privacy-Enhanced Mode)

On this website, we use embedded videos from the video platform YouTube, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
 
When you visit one of our pages with an embedded YouTube video, privacy-enhanced mode is enabled. In this mode, no cookies are set by YouTube until you actively play the video. Once you play the video, a connection to YouTube servers is established. The YouTube server is informed about which of our pages you have visited, and your IP address is recorded. This happens regardless of whether you are logged into a Google or YouTube account. The collected data may be transferred to Google servers in the USA. If you are logged into your Google account, your viewing activity may be associated with your personal profile. To prevent this, log out of your Google account before playing the video.
 
We use YouTube to present our content in an engaging way, which is a legitimate interest under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. When consent is required (e.g., for cookies or storing device information), processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG (German Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act).
